Chemical Reaction Network-Controlled Tile Assembly

These tools can compile ALCH programs to the Chemical Reaction Network-Controlled Tile Assembly model and then simulate the compiled programs.  For more information about the Chemical Reaction Network-Controlled Tile Assembly model please see this link.  The software here is based on the work in ALCH: An Imperative Language for Chemical Reaction Network-Controlled Tile Assembly

Command line compiler:  Windows, Mac, Linux

ISU TAS

Our lab was responsible for the original ISU Tile Self-Assembly Simulator, or ISU TAS for short. This software is developed and maintained by Matt Patitz, and therefore all of the binaries and extensions to the ISU TAS has been moved to the following wiki: http://self-assembly.net/ Please direct your questions concerning the ISU TAS to Matt Patitiz via the above webpage.
